Room to Rome is a comfortable, quiet and welcoming B&B. The Colosseum can be reached by walking just four minutes. All rooms have private bathrooms, hairdryers and toiletries for the toilet and are equipped with smart TV, mini-fridge, free wi-fi and air conditioning. Breakfast is served in the room. On request, for celiacs, we can offer gluten-free products.
Room to Rome is located in the heart of Rome, in the “Monti” district, one of the oldest and most characteristic of the capital, where the authentic Roman atmosphere still lives, with streets, squares and alleys animated by cafes, taverns, wine bars, typical restaurants, but also with trendy shops, antique dealers and art galleries.
The privileged position of the B&B takes you in just a shortwalk to the religious and cultural places of ancient Rome: the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, the Capitoline Hill, the Trevi Fountain, the Bocca della Verità, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Piazza Navona, Spain Step.
St. Peter’s Basilica can be reached in few minutes by bus.
The Metro, line B, is just a few meters away (Cavour stop) as well as the stops of several bus lines. The Roma Termini train station, strategic point for all connections to the city and Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, is just a few minutes away.
HOW TO GET TO ROOM TO ROME
FROM FIUMICINO AIRPORT
By Leonardo Express Train, 27 minutes till Termini Station.
By Terravision bus, around 55 minutes till Termini Station.
FROM TERMINI STATION
Take the Subway – we call Metro – line B direction LAURENTINA get off at stop “Cavour” (1 stop).
When you get out of the Metro station turn left, walk down on via Cavour for 300 meters until you reach Via dei Serpenti (it’s on the right side where the traffic light is). On the left side, at number 6, there is the B&B RoomtoRome.
By bus, number 64, are 4 stops. Go down to via Nazionale in front of the Palazzo delle Esposizioni and continue in the same direction: the third road on the left, is via dei Serpenti. After 250 meters, on the right side, at number 6 there is the B&B Room to Rome.
FROM CIAMPINO AIRPORT
Take Terravision Bus to Termini Station, 40 minutes till Termini Station.
FROM TIBURTINA STATION
Take the line B of the Metro directed to LAURENTINA. Get off at the stop “Cavour”.
When you get out of the station turn left, and walk down on via Cavour for 300 meters until you reach Via dei Serpenti (it’s on the right side, where the traffic light is). The B&B is 50 meters down, at via dei Serpenti 6
